Jade and Scot Sund have been passionate in establishing Viking Roofing as a vibrant connector for local businesses to be able to cement with other quality businesses. They provide training for all types of businesses through small group meetings. Jade trains regularly on topics such as sales, communication, proper business sequence and referral processes to the members of the local chambers of commerce and leads groups. Viking Roofing is an active resource for connections to non-profits. In May 2006, Jade and Scot will be traveling to Baton Rouge on behalf of "Habitat for Humanity." Jade, Scot and Viking Roofing Inc. consider it a privilege to give from abundance whether it be time, in kind, materials, labor, or money to non-profit endeavors.
Jade's Take on Contracting and the Industry:
"I like helping people understand that contractors can be kind and helpful. That the construction process can be enjoyable. That some contractors are good people too. I like to assist in changing many peoples' opinion on what contractors act and do business like. I enjoy continuing creating business relationships that benefit our clients and network partners.
"We had a construction mastermind group for over a year where we shared networking and business skills. We champion other businesses to network. We talk about being able to be a resource for them. We do a lot of training to help our staff create connections and referrals to our network partners."
Jade and Scot's Vision for Viking Roofing:
"We look forward to Viking being a stable company that works at the level where we are profitable and easily managed. We are more profitable in the range of 1.3 million in sales. We look forward to having a full office staff Heidi and a Repair/Crew Supervisor that run and manage the company. In 2007 we would like to have an estimator on staff in the spring of 2007."
