Heath B. Clarke

Heath joined the company as President and Chairman in March 1999 and has served as CEO since January 2001. From 1998 to 1999, Heath was Vice President of eCommerce for LanguageForce, Inc., a language translation software company. Prior to this he served as marketing manager for Starnet, a Canadian internet company. From 1995 to 1998, he was Special Projects Director for the Berg Group of Companies (Australia), and from 1988 to 1995, he was founder and CEO of Australian Fibre Packaging.

Heath is a frequent guest speaker at local search and online advertising industry events. Also a guest lecturer for online advertising at Pepperdine's Executive MBA program, he was a 2005 finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award. Heath co-chaired events on the global economy and counter-terrorism as a member of Young Presidents' Organization, and is a Patron Councilor of the Atlantic Council, a Patron of the American Enterprise Institute, a President's Club Member of the Heritage Foundation, a President's Council Member of the Foundation for Economic Education, and a Member of the Ludwig von Mises Institute.

Norman K. Farra Jr.

Norman K Farra Jr. has served as a director since August 2005. Farra is currently an independent contractor acting as Director, Investment Banking for Cresta Capital Strategies, LLC, an investment banking firm. From June 2001 to September 2007, Farra served as the Managing Director of Investment Banking for Gunn Allen Financial Inc. Farra was the Founder and President of Next Millennium Capital Holdings LLC, a financial advisory company from June 1999 to June 2001. He was the Vice President Private Equity for Wharton Capital, a financial advisory company from September of 1997 to June 1999. Farra was employed in the brokerage industry from 1991 to 1997 when he left First Union and established himself in Institutional Equity with Wharton Capital. Farra earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Widener University.

Philip K. Fricke

Philip K. Fricke has served as a director since October 2003. Fricke is currently President of PKF Financial Consultants, Inc., a private company he founded in March 2001, which provides financial communications services and advisory services to public and private companies. From 1975 through November 2000, Fricke was a sell-side securities analyst, primarily with L.F. Rothschild, Goldman Sachs and Prudential Securities. Fricke also serves on the board of directors of MI Developments Inc., a publicly traded real estate operating company. Fricke earned a B.A. degree and a Master of Arts degree in Psychology, as well as an M.B.A. degree in Finance and Economics, from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Theodore E. Lavoie

Theodore Lavoie has served as a director since April 1999. Lavoie is currently Vice President of Strategic Development of Greenline Industries, a biodiesel production equipment manufacturer. From May 2006 to June 2007, Lavoie served as Chief Executive Officer of Greenline Industries. From January 2005 to May 2006, Lavoie was an independent financial consultant. From October 2003, to January 2004, Lavoie served as Vice President of Marsh Inc., a global risk and insurance services firm. From October 2002 to September 2003, Lavoie served as an independent financial consultant with Montgomery Financial Services, a financial services company. From August 1999 to May 2002, Lavoie served as Chief Financial Officer of eBuilt Inc., a software company. He also serves as a director of Financial Executives International, San Francisco. Lavoie received a Masters of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.

John E. Rehfeld

John E. Rehfeld has served as a director since August 2005 and our lead director since December 2005. Rehfeld has almost 30 years of experience leading various technology companies. Mr. Rehfeld is currently the adjunct professor of marketing for the Executive MBA Program at Pepperdine University. Rehfeld is the former chairman and co-CEO of Spruce Technologies, which was acquired by Apple Computer in 2001. Rehfeld also served as an executive for several other technology companies throughout his career including Toshiba America, Inc. and Seiko Instruments America, Inc. At Toshiba, Rehfeld was responsible for designing and launching the company's first laptop computer as well as growing the company's sales from zero to $400 million in three years. Rehfeld also serves as director of ADC Telecommunication, Inc., and Primal Solutions, Inc. He was a member of Seiko Instruments America's board of directors for 14 years. Rehfeld earned an M.B.A degree from Harvard University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
